Klinger provides specialized trade services in concrete including tilt-up, manufacturing equipment / tool installation, process piping, HVAC and electrical. In addition, as a Butler Manufacturing dealer, Klinger designs and builds pre-engineered metal buildings.
Our pre-construction services include detailed estimating, value engineering of alternate systems and constructability recommendations. In addition we provide CPM based schedules for both pre-construction and construction activities.
Klinger's Project Managers provide estimating and construction management. They are supported with comprehensive computer systems for cost estimating, cost control, subcontractor management, document control, submittal processing, and scheduling. Often we communicate electronically with drawings, notes, schedules and estimates. We have also participated in project management websites which provide a communication hub for our customers, subcontractors, and Klinger.
