Safety First
Klinger is committed to construction safety by providing an injury and incident free work environment. Our employees receive continuous safety training in first aid, CPR and OSHA 10 as well as specialized safety.
We work closely with our customers to coordinate construction safety at the site, especially sites where ongoing operations continue. We believe in proactive incident avoidance planning. In addition to safety planning and inspection by an independent safety consulting firm, we are coached and monitored by our in-house safety personnel.
Both our craftworkers and our field supervisors participate in a comprehensive construction safety award program as an added incentive to encourage all employees to adopt a safety culture.
