Klinger Constructors, LLC builds quality facilities where businesses and people flourish. Our construction company offers extensive construction, design-build assist and design-build services in commercial, industrial and institutional markets.
In 1982 Klinger began business in Albuquerque, New Mexico and has completed a wide range of projects in the Southwest. We have constructed over $1,000,000,000 worth of new construction and renovations in New Mexico.

Klinger Employees
Our People build successful projects. Klinger’s craftworkers, administrative support staff and managers work together to provide effective project services. As a merit shop employer we compensate and promote each employee based on his or her skills. The advancement of employees in technical skills is essential to enhancing our capabilities, as a significant amount of work is performed by our own crews. We support four craft apprenticeship programs and provide in-house supervisor training. We also offer management training and have sent five superintendents to the National ABC Supervisory Academy (now given by NCCER).
Klinger employees are encouraged to take continuing education classes which are often reimbursed by the Company. We encourage multi-skills both in the field and in the office. Field craftworkers advance with multiple trade skills.
Our administrative support staff is cross-trained for different support functions within the Company. Project Managers are experienced in a variety of project types.
Quality Assurance
Klinger commits to quality awareness among all employees in the field and office. Quality assurance includes specialized checklists for various operations. Components of these lists are developed by crew members as well as subcontractors and suppliers. We understand that when quality deficiencies occur, timely and persistent corrective action is appropriate. In addition, quality components are built into our short interval production schedules. Through in-house process teams we seek ways to improve our operations. Customer surveys often suggest areas of improvement. Our construction project management and supervisors meet regularly to share their best practice experiences. Process teams have studied and have made recommendations for short interval production scheduling, proper metal roof installation, concrete joint design, project team work and project close-out.

Most of our customers choose to forego the cost of a bond due to their comfort with our financial strength and reputation, saving the project significant cost.
