The office complex is located in Santa Fe on Ridgetop Road off Highway 599. Designed by world renown architect, Mexico's Ricardo Legoretta. This building brings together Thornburg employees from different locations in Santa Fe. The multi-level building is surrounded by walking paths, roof top landscape and an interior courtyard.Raised flooring for air and electrical distribution was used throughout the building. The cistern will be used to capture rain water to irrigate the landscape.
