Innovation Park Building #2 at Mesa del Sol has earned LEED Gold certification under LEED for Core and Shell. This 218,000sf office building was designed to provide an efficient building core and shell, support LEED for Commercial Interiors certification of tenant improvements, and continue the commitment to sustainability at Mesa del Sol. GBCI has confirmed the following project sustainability achievements: 49% indoor water savings, 22% energy savings, and 93% construction waste recycled. This is the first building to achieve LEED Gold at Mesa del Sol, an innovative mixed-use community located on Albuquerque's south mesa.
