Klinger recently completed four major LEED projects totaling 522,000 square feet of office space in Albuquerque and Santa Fe.These projects are Advent Solar (LEED Certified) and the following projects are currently in the LEED certification process:

Thornburg Campus in Santa Fe - LEED Gold-107,000 square foot Office Building

Mesa del Sol Financial Investments - LEED Gold - 217,000 square foot Office Complex

Mesa del Sol Town Center& Film School- LEED Silver - 104,000 square foot Multi-Use Visitors Center.
